Uploader Compliance Policy:

Fauxporn’s main video collection is supplied through verified creator partnerships or direct licensing. Signed-in members may also submit community Shorts through the site’s clip editor, subject to our content rules and moderation.

Content partners and Shorts contributors must have the rights or permission needed to distribute their submissions. Fauxporn may also license content directly from rights holders under separate agreements.

Fully synthetic fictional characters are distinct from real performers. Content featuring actual people, including digitally altered imagery, must be assessed for applicable age-verification and record-keeping obligations. AI generation alone does not establish an exemption. All sexualized characters must clearly appear adult and be depicted as aged 18 or older.

The operator of Fauxporn is not the “producer” (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of the Third-Party or Licensed Content available on the site.

Compliance Procedures:

• Content partners and Shorts contributors must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• Uploaders who qualify as “producers” under 18 U.S.C. §2257 certify their compliance and agree to provide all required documentation upon request.
